PAYMENT
We accept PayPal payments only.
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account.

SHIPPING
We ship our items with DPD Group

Normal delivery time out takes about:
- Every countries: 4 to 7 days.

ATTENTION!
Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 3 We can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If the order is lost or damaged while shipment, please contact us. We will need 14 days to request a search of the package. As soon as we will get the confirmation on our issue from the mail, we will be able to refund your money or exchange the item.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.
Item must be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer receives the item If you are not satisfied with your purchase.
We do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a track number.
